FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The answer is YES! We have a team of highly experienced drivers delivering to most suburbs in Melbourne. (12PM - 6PM Tuesday Sunday). All orders placed with us are assured to be delivered with the utmost care as our cakes are never delivered unattended.

We require a minimum of 3 days in advance for our customers to schedule an in-person pick up/ delivery date, if you have any special requests please contact us first by email.  

*Important: For all delivery orders, please ensure you have entered the date you wish the cake to be delivered in the "Special Instructions" section during check out.  

e.g.: I would like my order to be delivered on the 21st of April, 2022.

A flat rate of $10 is charged for our delivery services to ensure your cakes may delivered in optimal condition.

The delivery time frame is between: 

12:00PM - 6:00PM (Tuesday - Sunday).  

All our cakes are baked freshly in the morning, please be patient and ensure someone is present at the address to receive your order. Our friendly delivery drivers will be in contact whilst approaching the address.

We can deliver up to 25km from our Kew East store to most of the Melbourne city area, Eastern, South Eastern and North Eastern suburbs. 

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to deliver to the North west and Western suburbs. If you find your order can not be processed after entering your delivery address, it may be due to delivery restrictions.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we require all orders to be placed with the minimum of 3 days in advance to adequately fulfil orders.

We currently do not have any Gluten Free, Vegan or Dairy free options available at the moment, please ensure to check the allergen list in the product description before you place your order.
